Intensity of the underline, from background colour to text colour, indicates the reliability of the source used to make the statement. Elements not supported by reference are of course left entirely blank indicating that they are untrustable. This has the added benefit of distinguishing fact from opinion.
Of course, rather than being hand-coded, these confidence factors will be generated using analysis of sources & user feedback. This gives the ratings an authority not possible with editorial control alone.
